How can I order from your site?

You can order anything on my site by:

1. Using the Online Store shopping cart system.
2. Ordering by Telephone. Call +1.702.493.0054 and relay the details of your order.
3. Sending your Order via e-mail. Send an e-mail through the contact page and include the following information:

a) Shipping Information: Full Name, Address, Post/Zip Code, City, Country
b) Payment Method your prefer: PayPal or Credit Card via Simplify by Mastercard.
c) Shipping Method your prefer: Standard Shipping (Free for orders over $200 in the U.S.), Express Shipping, Overnight Shipping, International Economy Shipping, International Expedited Shipping.
d) Your order: The SKU Product codes, quantities of your order, and options. Make sure to include any specific directions or instructions.

I live outside the United States. Can I still order from your store?

Yes. I accept and ship orders worldwide. You can see more details about shipping rates and payment/shipping methods on the shipping page. If you have any questions about shipping in your particular country that aren’t answered here, feel free to contact me.

Where can I see my order status?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and checking order status, or sending us an e-mail through the contact page. Make sure to leave your information and reference that you are checking your order status through the pull-down menu.

How long will it take to get my physical order?

Generally, you can expect 3-5 days for orders within the U.S. and 7-10 for orders outside the U.S. If you are ordering printed scores, there will be an extra 3-day waiting period for printing and binding. If you added special directions to your order, I will contact you directly with a timeframe to complete your order.

I’m having problems using your online order form. What can I do?

What are your shipping rates?

This is still under construction, but there will eventually be a shipping matrix built into the site that will be fully disclosed here. In the meantime, all shipping rates are flat rates based off of the price of your order.

Do you accept Paypal?

Yes, I accept payments with PayPal and use it as my primary merchant gateway. If you already have a PayPal account, the method is as usual with PayPal – sign in & proceed with the order. Even if you do not have an account with PayPal, you can complete your payment through the secure options PayPal will provide you. Alternately, you can use the Simply by Mastercard system.

Do you accept credit/debit card?

Yes, I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover cards through the PayPal & Simplify credit card systems.

Do you accept certified funds?

Generally, no. However, if this is the only possible form of payment available to you, please contact me explaining your situation and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Do you accept personal checks?

Due to the increased risk and liability of bouncing and fraudulent checks, I do not accept any personal checks in person or by mail. Please use one of the other preferred methods of payment.

Do you accept wire transfers?

Generally, I prefer the other methods of payment addressed above. However, if this is the only possible form of payment available to you, please contact me explaining your situation and I will arrange to receive your wire.

Do you accept cash?

Only at festivals, concerts, masterclasses, clinics, vendor booths, or any other live event where payment can be made to me in-person. I do not accept cash payment by mail, and you really shouldn’t do that anyway! Seriously, that’s just stupid.
